Let's Talk is committed to respectful, appropriately bounded mental-health awareness activities.

Volunteers must not present themselves as providing diagnosis, therapy or emergency intervention unless separately qualified and authorised.

Events should have an agreed escalation route for immediate safety concerns or serious harm.

Activities involving minors require age-appropriate materials and safeguarding arrangements.

Identifiable images and testimonials require appropriate consent.

Volunteers should follow confidentiality, boundaries, respect and social-media rules.

A named safeguarding lead and reporting route should be appointed before public programmes begin.
